RULES FOR THE ADVERTISERS:

1. It is FREE to post an ad.
2. Please register (upper right hand corner) if you’re a new advertiser. You will only provide a USER NAME and an E-MAIL that you will use for Binebenta.com. A password will be sent right away. Log in with the USER NAME that you gave and enter the PASSWORD that was generated just for you.
3. Registered advertisers can edit their ad.
4. Ads submitted are reviewed first before they get published.
5. The item should be located in the Philippines.
6. The ad title and content shouldn’t contain unnecessary characters.
7. The ad is not a duplicate of what has already been published (double-posting).
8. Advertisers should guarantee that the item is not stolen or has expired (for perishable goods).
9. Animal/pet trade should be in accordance with the Philippine laws concerned.
10. The ad images should be yours or you have the right to upload/use them.
11. Finalize a payment arrangement before sending your goods/items.
12. Please secure your password. If you forgot or deleted your password, a reset can be done  by the administrator provided that the e-mail you’re going to use to send a request is the one that you used to sign up at Binebenta.com.
    

REMINDERS FOR THE BUYERS:

1. NEVER pay in advance for any item in any way whatsoever.
2. Always ask for a receipt for any items purchased.
3. Practice DUE DILIGENCE. It is your responsibility to investigate or scrutinize the items that you are going to buy or to make a safe and secure transaction with any advertiser.
4. Binebenta.com is not liable for damage to, loss, destruction and delay of delivery of any items that are being advertised on the site.
